Our newly constructed guesthouse is located in a family neighborhood in the Culver Crest. The home is a 1-bed, 1-bath ADU separated from the main home, so it ensures privacy and solitude. You will enjoy the open living space, which includes a full-kitchen (no oven) with brand-new modern appliances. The whole 400 sq. ft. unit, plus the shared backyard patio is entirely for your enjoyment!
Nestled in Culver City, the home offers a harmonious blend of suburban tranquility and urban convenience. Its proximity to major studios like Amazon, Warner Media, and Sony Studios makes it an ideal choice for entertainment professionals. With easy access to the Expo Line, HBO, Apple, Culver Steps, and new restaurants, guests enjoy an array of amenities and entertainment options.
This space is designed to accommodate two guests comfortably. The interior is bright and open. The modernly designed home is fully-equipped for you to feel right at home. Some kitchen amenities include a blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, and of course a coffee maker!
We have mounted a 55″ television in the main living space for those that love TV and movie watching.
The guesthouse is on the same property as the main residence. Our neighborhood is quiet, and we ask all guests to respect our neighbors’ privacy and refrain from being loud after dark.
Plenty of street parking outside the main residence. You will enter our place through the shared driveway gate to the guesthouse in the back of the property. The keys to the gate and guesthouse door will be located in a lockbox outside the gate.
Please note, city street sweeping is scheduled THURSDAYS between 8 AM – 12PM on our side of the street. Check signs!
