The main level is all about gathering: an open-concept living room plus a dedicated entertainment room with a pool table and a full bar for your favorite drinks. Step outside to a fully enclosed backyard with a private pool, BBQ grill, fire pit, patio furniture, outdoor dining, and a cornhole game. Upstairs, five bedrooms offer peaceful, quiet sleep away from the action.
The decor blends classic Italian-inspired design with modern touches. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and entertaining, and with 500 Mbps internet and a dedicated workspace, remote work is easy too.
Please note: the pool is not heated and there is no hot tub or jacuzzi — “No jacuzzi, only pool,” as the listing says. Pool maintenance takes place Thursday mornings.
