About this space

Welcome to Vegas! Our ranch-style home located in the city of North Las Vegas is perfect for families to enjoy their vacation time together and close enough to all the action that Las Vegas has to offer.

Only 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip!

The space

This house is perfect for small groups or families that love to hangout and enjoy their time together. Our house can comfortably accommodate 6 people sleeping in bedrooms, with an additional two in living room if desired. The sleeping arrangement is as follows:

  • Bedroom 1: One (1) King Bed
  • Bedroom 2: Two (1) Twin Beds
  • Bedroom 3: One (1) Full-sized Bed
  • Living Room: One (1) sofa bed and one (1) large couch

The house has all the amenities you would need for your entire stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy great meals and drinks with your family and friends. Some of the kitchen amenities include a blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, and of course a coffee maker!

There is no shortage for entertainment when in Vegas!


It wouldn’t be a Vegas trip without the outdoors though. Outdoor you will find the following:

• BBQ Grill
• Covered Patio Furniture
• Fire Pit


The backyard is fully enclosed so perfectly safe for children and/or pets. Pets are welcome but require an additional $150 fee.

Pool maintenance occurs every Thursday morning so please allow the pool cleaner to perform their quick routine pool maintenance.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house, that includes the enclosed backyard.
