Our newly constructed guesthouse is located in a family neighborhood just minutes from downtown Culver City. The home is a studio ADU separated from the main home, so it ensures privacy and solitude. You will enjoy the open living space, which includes a full-kitchen with brand-new modern appliances. The whole 500 sq. ft. unit, plus the shared backyard patio is entirely for your enjoyment!

The space

Feel right at home in our lovely guesthouse studio nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Culver City! Enjoy the indoor/outdoor living that is just perfect for the California sunshine. The home is just minutes away from all the fun downtown Culver has to offer!

This space is designed to accommodate two guests comfortably. The interior is bright and open. The modernly designed home is fully-equipped for you to feel right at home. Some kitchen amenities include a blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, and of course a coffee maker!

We have mounted a 55″ television in the living space for those that love TV and movie watching.

The guesthouse is on the same property as the main residence. Our neighborhood is quiet, and we ask all guests to respect our neighbors’ privacy and refrain from being loud after dark.

Guest access

Plenty of street parking outside the main residence. You will enter our place through the shared driveway gate to the guesthouse in the back of the property. The keys to the gate and guesthouse door will be located in a lockbox outside the sliding door of the guesthouse.
