About this space

Our home is located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes from downtown Culver City. The home is 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex but very private. You will enjoy the open living space, which includes a full-kitchen with brand-new modern appliances and full coffee bar.

Enjoy the beautiful southern California sun having a meal in the outdoor dining table or relaxing by the fire pit! 

The space

Feel right at home in our lovely home nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood near downtown Culver City! Enjoy the indoor/outdoor living that is just perfect for the California sunshine. The home is just minutes away from all the fun downtown Culver has to offer!

This space is designed to accommodate four guests comfortably. The interior is bright and open. The modernly designed home is fully-equipped for you to feel right at home. Some kitchen amenities include a blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, and well stocked coffee bar!

We have mounted a 55″ television in the living space and another in the primary bedroom for those that love TV and movie watching.

Our neighborhood is quiet, and we ask all guests to respect our neighbors’ privacy and refrain from being loud after dark.

Guest access

Guest have access to the entire unit.

The yard is located in the back of the property where we also have a studio guesthouse located. Due to its location, the backyard is partially shared with the guesthouse. The tenants of the guesthouse usually do not occupy the outdoor space
